Ingredients

  • Full batch: 1 lb Perdue ground chicken
  • Full batch: 1/4 cup Progresso breadcrumbs
  • Full batch: 2 large eggs
  • Full batch: basil, to taste
  • Per bowl: 115g cooked Uncle Ben's jasmine rice
  • Per bowl: 2 tbsp G Hughes Sugar Free Honey BBQ Sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix the ground chicken, eggs, breadcrumbs, and basil together until combined.
  3. Form the mixture into golf-ball-sized meatballs.
  4. Place the meatballs on a lined baking sheet and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes, or until cooked through.
  5. Serve your portion of meatballs over the jasmine rice and top with the G Hughes Sugar Free Honey BBQ Sauce.
