Ingredients
- 6.5 oz cooked medium shrimp
- 62g Al Dente Protein Pasta
- Chopped asparagus
- McCormick Garlic Butter Shrimp Scampi seasoning
- 3/4 tbsp light butter or homestyle spread
- 1 tsp grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Cook the protein pasta according to the package instructions and drain.
- Chop the asparagus into small pieces.
- Heat the light butter in a pan and cook the asparagus until it begins to soften.
- Add the cooked shrimp and the appropriate amount of shrimp scampi seasoning.
- Add the cooked pasta and toss everything together until evenly coated and heated through.
- Finish with fresh lemon juice and grated Parmesan cheese.
